The details are simple! Every time you close a conforming or subprime 1st lien or combo loan with us at the regular rates, you will receive a "Closed Loan Bonus!" certificate. Once you collect 10 of these, simply mail them in to us and you will receive a prepaid VISA card back in the mail with $100 on it!

There is no limit to the number of VISA cards you may receive. Certificates must be originals. Loans closed but not charged or charged partially under any other incentive or under our guarantee do not count towards the total and will not receive a certificate.

If you are an originator working for a larger company or a branch office, you will need to work out the details about who receives the VISA card. We send the "Closed Loan Bonus!" certificate to the originator of the loan and we send the VISA card to whoever sends us the certificates.

We are not responsible for certificates that are lost or destroyed.
