We are committed to providing you with a level of service unmatched in the industry. We are so certain in our ability to do this that we offer all of our customers our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If at any time you are not 100% satisfied with your processor, I will personally complete your file free of charge!

Our guarantee has the following conditions:

1. To qualify for the guarantee, you must provide your request to us in writing with a detailed explanation of why you are requesting the claim under the satisfaction guarantee.

2. The claim must be in regards to a service related issue.

3. Delays in a loan closing due to inaccuracies on the part of the loan officer, decisions on the part of the lender, inadequate documentation and delays caused by the borrower(s), lenders, or third party vendors do not constitute a service related issue and do not qualify for the guarantee

4. Loans closed for free per the 100% satisfaction guarantee do not qualify for a "Closed Loan Bonus" certificate and do no count towards the $100 VISA gift card promotion.

5. In all cases, Upstate Investment Group reserves to right to determine the eligibility of any and all claims that are submitted for the guarantee and it's decision shall be deemed final.
